The purchasing process is simple. A 10% deposit is required on exchange of contracts. After that payments will be in stages over the construction period.

The Golden Acre development is a short stroll from the famous Lonestar Beach Restaurant. Here there is a beautiful beach and great swimming. A mix of casual and fine dining restaurants are located nearby. Historic Holetown with its wide array of amenities is less than 10 mins drive away.
